Start with the purpose.
Understand the customer’s need, test feasibility and choose technology that adds something useful.
Watch people use it.
Prototype, observe and refine. An experience needs to make sense to the person using it.
Help the team own it.
Explain the reasons, share knowledge and build the tools and confidence for independent delivery.

I lead XR development at Virtual Safety Lab on a consultancy basis, working with the CEO and a multidisciplinary team. My background also spans enterprise IT, European e-commerce leadership and building and running my own business.
I’m open to full-time roles, contract work and consultancy in technology and development. I enjoy bringing people together, shaping technical direction and staying close to practical innovation. Based in Monza, Italy, I’m available for remote and hybrid work.
